Shlomy and I have been working on a dutch door for the outhouse this week. We started by spending a lot of time puzzling over the instructions that came with our plans. But, after much head-scratching, we decided to forego the designs and just make the damned damned door on our own. It's surprising how often a bit of common sense is easier to use than plans someone else wrote!
Still, this was the most difficult door I've ever worked on—much harder than the one for the solar shed, or the cistern! I'm pretty proud of it. Now, here's hoping it actually fits when it comes time to hang it!
