When we were raising the bale walls, I ran speaker wire and HDMI cable through them to prepare. Here are the front-channel speaker nooks:

Recently, we turned our stereo system into a full-blown movie theater with the addition of a projector and screen.
The projector fits perfectly between two floor joists under the loft, right next to the HDMI cable and electrical run.
Out 100" projector screen is mounted to the tie-beam in our living room. Given our space constraints, it literally could not be any bigger!
We now have an unobtrusive movie theater and stereo system that is nothing short of amazing. We inaugurated the setup by showing some friends our house-building montage (so meta). Recently, we've been watching Girls—it's really good. The next season of Game of Thrones is going to be EPIC!
