Amazing! I have been cheering for you, check your blog daily. Beautiful structure, and I am in awe that you guys (and your class) did this.

Thanks Sandra! There are times when I am awestruck by it too. I am so excited to finish the roof decking. Having a dry place to put our tools (other than our tiny camper) is going to be amazing.

Tara sends her love. I'm off to write an entry about the roof decking now. I hope things are great in Minnesota :)

Félicitations! It must be really gratifying for you two to successfully achieve this part of the project (the rafters) all by yourselves! But where are all the spruce boards you just received?
And btw, I think we'll have a blueprint going to the printer very soon...really happy to see this other BIG project finally coming to life!

Congratulations! This is beautiful! You should feel so proud of what you've both accomplished. Thank you so, so much for sharing your process - it's been so fun to read about. I'm looking forward to watching your homestead continue to develop.
