The evening after our visit at the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, we hit the streets, on the hunt for some good food. We settle on this place:

I love how sanitary and hygienic the whole operation is! I wonder what a food safety inspection from a US governmental agency would look like here?

I imagine the health inspector wouldn't be able to finish, because he or she would drop dead at the sight of this stall, and/or insist that going near it would result in death, or worse. Silly concerns of cleanliness aside, the food was delicious!
