Yesterday, we said goodbye to Pete and Natasha; but not forever. As it should happen, they'll arrive in Vientiane around the same time we do. We have one more rendezvous left! In their absence, they've asked us to feed the cat who has visited them every morning during their time here.
We moved into their room after they left, and are indeed taking care of "Morning Kitty". If we leave the balcony door open a crack, he unfailingly comes to sleep with us, purring up a storm as he burrows into the soft folds of our comforter, just like Ki and Tao used to.
There's nothing like a good kitty snuggle to start the day!
