Average Cost of Living

Want to know the price of a bus ticket in Hanoi, Vietnam, or a bottle of beer in Beirut, Lebanon? Estimating how much money to set aside for each country in the world can be a bit tricky, but I found a wonderful website that helps out my research a lot.

Just go to www.tefl.com, register for free, and click on "City Cost Guide." There, you'll find the average cost of dozens and dozens of items in many cities in the world. Economies and prices change, of course, but this is a wonderful place to start your research when budgeting for a world tour!
